Content Not Appearing
Publication Not Showing
1. Check that publication date is filled (YYYY-MM-DD format)
2. Verify the publication is Published, not Draft
3. Check that the publication link is correct
Story Not Showing on Homepage
1. Edit the story
2. In the Categories section, make sure "Stories of Hope" is checked
3. Save and refresh
News Not Showing in Correct Order
1. Check that "Article Date" is filled
2. News is sorted by Article Date, not post date
3. Update to the correct date
Images Not Displaying
General Fixes
1. Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
2. Check that the image is uploaded (Media to Library)
3. Verify the image URL is correct
Thumbnails Not Appearing
1. Edit the post or page
2. Check that a Featured Image is set
3. If using a gallery field, make sure images are selected
Menu Issues
Menu Not Appearing
1. Go to "Appearance" then "Menus"
2. Check that the menu is assigned to the correct location
3. Save the menu again
Mobile Menu Not Opening
1. Refresh the page
2. Clear browser cache
3. If still not working, contact developer
